I’ve been preparing shishas for 10 years now. Five years ago, I bought an N5 Mini shisha from your brand, and without a doubt, I came to understand the quality and value of your products. My younger brother liked it so much that I ended up giving it to him. Now, five years later, I’ve decided to purchase from you again — and not only did you meet my expectations, you exceeded them. It’s an excellent product, with amazing craftsmanship, beautiful design, and outstanding quality.
For those of us who enjoy the ritual of preparing and sharing a shisha, using your product feels like a privilege here in Mexico. In Puebla, shishas are quite popular due to the region’s history and the large number of Lebanese immigrants who arrived in the early 20th century. Shisha cafés are common here. What can I say — I’ve been convinced by your brand for over a decade.
On the other hand, my only constructive feedback is that the carrying case included in the kit I purchased is very tight in terms of space, considering the shisha model I got. While everything technically fits inside, it feels like it’s “bursting,” which might not be ideal for the glass base. Similarly, the hose and the central pipe (copper-colored) don’t fit well into the designated compartments of the case.
Finally, the IGNIS-VENUS HMD doesn’t sit securely on the RETRO BOWL - PHUNNEL. It doesn’t feel stable, especially when the system is fully assembled and lit with burning coals. The HMD moves too easily over the ceramic phunnel, which could be dangerous.
All that said, I’m still extremely satisfied with my purchase. Without a doubt, you are the best brand.
